DISCOVERY UNDERWATER DREDGE

The "Discovery" is an underwater suction machine patented by SUEX that uses the suction generated by a diving propulsion vehicle (DPV) propeller inserted into it. This specially designed propeller, made for intensive use, creates a water flow that is passed through a tube equipped with a filter. This setup allows debris from the seabed (such as sand, gravel, mud and more) to be sucked in and filtered from the suction point to the outlet located behind the propeller.

During use, the DPV installed in the Discovery does not generate any propulsion thrust and the system remains stationary.

SUEX Discovery is compatible with various SUEX DPV models, increasing its versatility. With its ability to operate at depth and advanced functionalities, this device, which is not connected to the surface in any way, is used in scientific research, archaeology, conservation and environmental studies, as well as underwater work and maintenance. In addition, a robust aluminum case is available to protect the device during transport, which is recommended to preserve the functionality and safety of the product against possible damage.
