1. General Provisions

These General Terms and Conditions of the website and platform of REEF d.o.o. (hereinafter: "REEF" or "company") are compiled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1), the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-2), and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The website at reef.si acts as a presentation platform for underwater works, education, servicing of diving equipment, and as an online catalog of diving equipment with the possibility of submitting non-binding inquiries.

3. Submission of Non-Binding Inquiries

The online shop operates on the catalog inquiry principle. Adding products to the cart and submitting the inquiry form does not constitute a direct purchase and does not legally bind the customer.

After submitting the inquiry, the REEF d.o.o. administrator will contact you via email or phone to check the specifications (e.g. drysuit sizes, colors, availability) and send you an official and binding offer with a pro-forma invoice, payment terms, and delivery date.

4. Prices and Payment Terms

All prices listed on the website are of an informative nature. The official prices, including VAT and shipping costs, will be stated on the offer that the customer receives after submitting the inquiry.

Payment is usually made via bank transfer to the transaction account of REEF d.o.o. based on the pro-forma invoice, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Right of Withdrawal

For distance contracts (where the buyer officially confirms and purchases via the sent offer), the consumer has the right to notify the company within 14 days of receiving the goods that they are withdrawing from the contract without needing to state a reason.

The goods must be returned undamaged, in unchanged quantity, and in the original packaging to the headquarters address. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer. Refund will be made as soon as possible, no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods.

6. Warranty and Defects

Products carry a warranty if stated on the warranty card or invoice. The provider is liable for material defects on the goods in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

7. Personal Data Protection

The provider commits to permanent protection of all user personal data in accordance with GDPR and ZVOP-2. Personal data will be used exclusively for the purpose of executing inquiries, sending offers, and notifications. For details, view our Privacy Policy.

8. Dispute Resolution

The provider and the buyer will strive to resolve any disputes amicably. If this is not possible, the court in Nova Gorica has jurisdiction. REEF d.o.o. does not recognize any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution provider as competent for resolving consumer disputes.
